All 4 where seen together and in different pairs sometimes, so i wouldn't call that false, but it looks like that coalition was not formed, its just nomadic males hanging around.

Any pictures, videos or anythink viable proving they were actually together on at least one accasion? So far I have only seen rumors, but nothink to actually confirm those.

Didn't some guide/ranger said that all 4 where seen together? Few of them was also seen on that giraffe carcass, Guernsey male with Giraffe and/or Thornybush young male, Thornybush young male was also seen with Monwana male.. Cant remember exactly of sightings, but 4 of them where seen together mixed in some pairs.

As far as I know those rumors did not came from any official source (guide or lodge).

As far as I know there was signle sighting while back from Thornybush where Monwana male shared kill with some other 2 males, but that is not enough indicate that there is any bond between any of them and still it was 3 males in total, not 4.

Kudelya pride??
Isn't machaton males were dominant over kudelya pride??
I guess they have sired 5 subadults males too.
When did this takeover happen??
I'm not sure where the machaton males are currently, but the Kudyela lionesses already have cubs with the Masungulo males. It happened late last year I believe.
The machaton sub-adult offspring have formed their own group and still roam the area avoiding the males, we still see them on the wildlife cams but not with the machatons for a while now.
