There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Giant anteater killed a man in Estado Barinas, Venezuela
Last week a very uncommon thing happened in Venezuela a Giant anteater killed a man that was bothering it with a group of dogs, the animal was so agitated by the dogs and the man that it attacked them and caught the man with its powerful claws in one arm and the big damage was done in one of the legs causing a big loss of blood that caused his death.

Ricado Casarin: "The giant anteater is in my opinion one of the most bizarre and interesting creature of our neotropical fauna! Love to photograph them, love to take my guest to photograph them! O tamanduá bandeira e definitivamente uma das espécies mais bizarras e interessantes da nossa fauna!
Adoro fotografar e levar meus clientes para essa experiência também! "

Oh wow, I never realized how big they were actually till I saw these pictures! From afar in the dark, they look quite scary. Their body shape reminds of a sloth as well.
