3 young males at imbali. They were bullying some unknown pride beat up some one eyed sub adult. They were chased away the next day by the solo Imbali Male when he came back to the area with 7 lioness and cubs. 3 pics of imbali male included here. Some people think the young males are skybed sons. Credit: Jan Schlebusch

Maybe more than 3. Imbali Male did good to chase them solo but yeah if they stick around it will only be a matter of time. Shame he lost his partner

The new generation!  2/3  of the Mphongolo male coalition on the Sirheni area, currently there is a very interesting dynamic in the area as a coalition of 6 young males and the 3 Mphongolo boys are challenging each other to see who are the new rulers of the area, the Sirheni area was ruled by the Boyela males until September last year when they decided to settle further northeast in the Babalala Dam area, the Boyela males are the parents of both coalitions of youngsters who are in territorial dispute!

@kobe8jf1234 Currently there is not much information about them, only speculation that they may be from the Southern pride of the Singita Kruger concession.

The Southern pride is south of the concession, I do not doubt that the Shishangeni males could be their dominant males but so far there are no records or afirmations about this information, so we are just speculating!
