It was clear when he was a youngster. that mane of his was going to be great! So good to see him, after the recent images of BYM being alone. He is looking really in incredible shape! He resembles Nhenha a lot as well. RE: Lions of Timbavati - criollo2mil - 05-04-2024 Tintswalos and Mongawane must be in close proximity. Mandevu and Torchwood are both in this sighting RE: Lions of Timbavati - Tr1x24 - 05-04-2024 (05-04-2024, 01:02 AM)criollo2mil Wrote: Tintswalos and Mongawane must be in close proximity. Yea, they where seen in the same area around H7, although Mongawanes come from the north, Tintswalos south. Is BYM still coalition partner with Torchwood?? RE: Lions of Timbavati - Potato - 05-05-2024 Even after a large meal lions are opportunistic and will not just allow an opportunity for a meal to pass by. After finishing off a Giraffe carcass the River Pride and Vuyela males took to a shady drainage line to allow their large meal to settle. During the heat of the day a buffalo had the same idea and moved into the drainage line for shade presenting the lions with an opportunity of which they took full advantage. *This image is copyright of its original author

A formidable force in the Timbavati. It’s incredible how much they’ve grown in the past years! They’re beasts now RE: Lions of Timbavati - T I N O - 05-06-2024 (05-06-2024, 12:56 AM)Mapokser Wrote: "They have been torturing us for a week but now they decide to come back home." Their competition with Skorro males showed that they are not messing around. I would expect that even with equal numbers those guys could square with just about anyone. As a 5 such guys they are really formidable. RE: Lions of Timbavati - Tr1x24 - 05-06-2024 Masulungu males: Orion coalition (Kudyela males, sons of Machatons) and their pride (Brokentooth): RE: Lions of Timbavati - T I N O - 05-06-2024 (05-06-2024, 01:58 AM)Potato Wrote:(05-06-2024, 01:15 AM)T I N O Wrote: A formidable force in the TimbavatiI would say they are formidable in the scale of entire Kruger. They’re definitely a coalition to don’t mess with RE: Lions of Timbavati - T I N O - 05-06-2024 (05-06-2024, 05:59 PM)Tr1x24 Wrote: Masulungu males: Orion males are looking in great condition, they’ve grown a lot since then. RE: Lions of Timbavati - Mapokser - 05-07-2024 The 4 Northern BDM patrolling together on April 24, last month, credits to travel.hunter: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C6nqYlJxaQY/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== It shows that their split is like that of the Mapogo, although they are 2 different "groups", they still meet up and are in good terms, which is great to see since the last time I had seen them together was a long time ago when the brothers attacked the solo male thinking he was an outsider. It's good for the solo BDM to keep his bond with the other brothers, you never know when you'll need it. |
