Edit: You're right @Apollo, if you pause it at :23 you can see his flank clearly and he has the distinctive hook shape towards his rear left leg.

No, Bheem and Mangu are 2 different tigers,
Bheem aka Tarun is codenamed T22.
Mangu aka Munga aka Chinkoo aka Roundface is codenamed T9.
Regarding the video posted by @Pckts, you are right its not Mangu, the stripe pattern looks different.
