He did not see a second male w him. Still can't get over what a stunner he has become, in a relatively short period of time. Seems to have picked up a new nose scar, if that is the case it will certainly make him easier to identify in the future. RE: Lions of Timbavati - Brahim - 10-25-2023 Mapoza. RE: Lions of Timbavati - Mapokser - 10-25-2023 Botha and his friends were the ones to shot the Sand River pride dead, IIRC he is in the photo with the hunters and the dead SRP in front of them, they were smiling. Though it wasn't Botha who gave the order, nor was the reserve. The local government is the culprit, they were the ones to order the lions death according to Rob. Thank you for that @Mapokser, a terrible situation for everyone involved. I, personally, don't believe Willem Botha would want to intentionally kill off a pride, and it doesn't make sense for the local government to do so either, except to ensure the safety of the populace. Has Willem Botha ever commented publicly on the situation that you are aware of? It doesn’t help that they all posed for a picture holding their heads smiling and laughing idc what the lions did that just makes me sick to my stomach… and I guess they posted the picture how else did it get out and it’s weird there is a second sand river pride. Sorry it makes me a little upset hearing about that pride terrible terrible tragedy |
