One of the five Vuyela males with a lioness this afternoon at Umlani Bushcamp. Greg only saw four, Although all five were together.

Only time will tell. They haven't venturing this far since ages. It was around 2018 or so when all five males were at Umlani, Kambaku and surroundings areas.

A recent sighting of one of the five Vuyela males seen a couple days ago at Walkers River Camp and at Umlani Bushcamp on Scott property with four lionesses of the Vuyela pride. With five males roughly 6 to 7 years-old the Vuyela coalition made up of five males is getting stronger day by day!
Meet the Vuyelwa/Vuyela coalition - Why Vuyela? In Shangaan, Vuyela means “to return” These lions have returned time and time again to Africa on Foot; and it seems they are there to stay. It’s amazing seeing a coalition firmly entrenched in this part of the Klaserie, because in reality there’s a lack of commitment from lions wanting to establish themselves. Since as the Trilogy coalition, Ross pride and Ross breakaway pride are no longer in the Klaserie region.
