During those times, Casper was looking very beaten @BA0701 Casper looks more scarred/battered because of his white coat, you can see every scratch on him, which is not that visible on brown coat..you can see that on Birmingham white male also, it will be even more as he become nomadic and starts fighting.. I was referring more to how just about every image I see of him, he seems to always have new scratches and bite wounds. The pictures you posted are a perfect example, it seems he has some new bite marks on his hip/back leg. I know these are common, it just seems that every time I see pictures of him some recent damage is visible. The lionesses would have none of it and two bigger and darker maned lions chased them off and claimed the pride for themselves.
