Heard the Charleston Male broke it when he was kicked by a Giraffe not from this account.

That makes sense. I was going to look closer this later, because this looked like really unique thing and it was hard to figure out how that could have happened if only lions involved. But giraffe kick is more than enough, this male has been lucky that losing only a teeth. Giraffe kick is a real bone breaker, even an elephant would at least feel it.

Ya, a Lion isn't really designed to rip a canine out like that.
This happened like 4 or 5 years ago and he made do just fine, it was actually ripped and snapped out at the gum which is why it never fell off, it was just a hanging piece of skin and bone. Reply
