There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Quote:as it has been said earlier initially there were 7 of them but they lost 2 in their first expeditions,

it is very weird to be all brothers, don't you think?
Not really. It all depends on the size of the pride, but I don't think it is weird. A bit rare maybe, considering that cubs not always make it to adulthood, but not weird.

Quote:When the magingalines patrol do all four go together or do they split up.
They do it in all the ways you can imagine. Usually, in a coalition, the males have a favourite with whom they spend more time, like the two southern Matimbas or Kinky tail and Mr.T.

But the Majingilane seem to have a very special bond all four of them, and this has been noticed by the rangers that see them. One day they can be patrolling 2 and 2 males and maybe the next day the pairs have changed. They also seem very fond of patrolling together and also sometimes one is away with some of the girls and the other three go out on patrol.

Some examples of this.

Then you have the pairings.

And then the four of them patrolling together
