There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

I think they are still together. But when it's mating time, the males set apart, otherwise there will be a fight. About the dominance, despite his young age, I wouldn't be too surprised if Earless was a bit more dominant. I don't think dominance is much of a big thing among lions, it's only expressed in mating rights and the ownership of food, but maybe his youth will give him more drive and energy than that of the old male.
From Notch the Lion-King of the Mara and His Five Sons facebook page: Caesar son of Notch today .They seem to be staying by the river now in an area called look out after abandoned most of their large territory which was almost half of the park .Guess they are older and just want to settle and stability but their number has dropped from 6-3.They Still have 3-4 prides along the river and near the river all with young subs and cubs .PC N Muya
