Despite Timbavati is known for their white lions. In the Kruger National Park could be a lot of unknown prides who carry the white gene. For example, one of the two Sandringham females. One of the females was 100% pure white. I remember have saw a image of a white lion in Kruber Tablets. So, Definitely, there could be many prides with this gene.
Right now the only way we get pure white lions is if Casper mates with the white Birmingham female. But they are very far apart…
And lets not forget that Casper were sired by the Old Shishangaan males and came from Shishangaan pride, both prides had no white genes (as far as im aware), so white lions can come out of scratch in the wild.
Casper doesn't have to mate with a white lionesses to have white cubs. He could mate with a tawny lioness that carries the white gene. They would then have a 50% chance of having white cubs.
