There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Thank you for posting my video and work regarding the Lions in Bale. It's been a few years now since my team and I have been able to return to complete our conservation efforts. We have our documentary about this work in Bale Mountain National Park in Ethiopia almost done! Looking forward to sharing what we learned, what we won, and what we lost. The situation is not good now for the lions, and I'm afraid that many may have been poisoned since I was there last summer. I'm hoping my reports are incorrect and that somehow my research team can get back to the forest and to Ethiopia to continue working in the parks and with the government to save habitat for both people and wildlife!
