@parvez, I found something very unusual about the tiger you posted from Banerghatta National Park. Apparently, he is the only tiger in the park of about 270 sq.km (everyone from karnataka knows that banerghatta is a sham of a national park but it acts as a corridor). Banerghatta also houses a biological park in other words, a zoo. So, this male tiger follows the scent of female tigers of the zoo and roars all night (I am guessing he makes mating calls).

And, the park want a female partner for him, but are facing a few roadblocks because of rules of translocation put in by NTCA.

Actually @BorneanTiger, there wasn’t one but two tigers with white coats that were sighted in Nilgiris in 2017. A mother and her three cubs (mother and daughter were regular orange but the two brothers had a whiter coat) were seen in November 2017. Unfortunately, I don’t have any updates on their whereabouts and if they survived once they left their mother.
