There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Just heard from someone that the Matimbas are in real bad shape and doesn’t think they’ll make it.
I worry for the cubs now. The Othawa lioness just gave birth to the Matimbas cubs I believe

Well they are old so that is true .... and they did look bad in the past, especially if you look at their pictures from ((around)) April 2018 when they first came into the western area ......... but just look at some of the recent pictures and videos in this thread ... it could be argued that they look pretty good   Lol

I agree they are much better  than the very bad situation they were before mounths.they loose body  condition very fast but this change with a good meal.hb and ginger live with this situation 2 years they are used to starve some times.my opinion is that they have more time.

Nduna was dominant over HB so he wasn't unbeatable. What comes to Mike Tyson George said "prime Mike Tyson" and that Mike (from before he went to the jail) never lost.
