Mfumo and his large nose bout the hierarchy between bboys i think mfumo and nsuku are the together in the top. I saw mfumo defeat tynio in the mating right fights at djuma and mfumo eat first than nhenha at mala mala. Nhenha had to wait mfumo eat first. Until now i only not see nsuku and mfumo face each one yet. Funnily enough I think Nsuku is now together with Mfumo one of the lightest maned of the coalition despite being one year older and the dominant male all this time, I don't think there is a way to determine the BB's coalition dynamics like we can with other coalitions like for example the Majingilane's but in my opinion it makes things more interesting.

After a short while we were blessed with the presence of a beautiful male lion. We watch him for several minutes and then we saw this roaring what a experience.

The two Birmingham males fed off the remains of a buffalo they had killed. The one male dominated the kill, not allowing any of the 4 Kambula females to feed. They then moved on through the rain to have a drink of water. the birmingham boys are always in Londolozi? why they not fight the majingelanes. they are in there prime.

They have a huge territory already and would have to give up some to get some more. Majingalanes are in the western block and Londolozi acts as a no man's land between the Birminghams and them so they can't really gain much by fighting over that. Good question, but it's a tricky answer. - They have already encountered the Majingilane, so they know what the older males are about, they know they're not to be messed with, even if the Birmingham males are younger and fitter. - Like Sik mentioned, they already have a massive territory, and also dominate several prides. Always keep in mind that the reason lions expand their land isn't just to have more in a greedy sense like we humans would do, but they do it to control resources, namely food (prey availability) and lionesses of reproductive age. - When talking about them, they have been expanding a lot in the last months, to the north first even managing control of one of the northern prides, and also to the south and center of MalaMala and as you said, scouting Londolozi. - When scouting foreign land, lions are usually careful and stick together(as they should) and, should the option present of facing old males but still fit enough to give a good fight, or instead walk into unprotected land with no dominant coalition to defend it, then I think anyone can agree that the better option between the two is fairly obvious.

After enjoying a lazy day nursing full bellies, the Avoca males and Kambula females continued to feed on a buffalo they killed.
