As we know, there’s only four Nkuhumas that’s been w Mohawk. I was wondering if it was a miscount.
This morning it appears some are confirming, the 5Th YM is Khanya the blonde Talamati.
Very very interesting I was thinking it would be great if the two groups of males could join 7 males together that would be great since the talamati boys aren’t big enough yet to fight other coalitions but with Mohawk it gives them an advantage, knowing Mohawk I didn’t think he would accept him but he must know who he is. Just wish darkmane junior was also with them!

I'll be happy to see Mohawk forming a coalition with the 4 Nkuhumas and 2 Talamatis. Too early to know but I believe that there is a good chance that Mohawk accepts the Talamati boys
It's probably just that the Talamati male who for some reason, yet again, got separated from the other one, saw a bunch of nomads in a kill a joined them.
Mohawk now has a fully nomadic mentality, just wanting to make friends and maybe even remember the Talamati make, decided to chill. I'm not even sure Mohawk sees himself as the "leader" of the group, he has no strong bond with them and is probably just trying to do exactly that, create a coalition bond to not be left alone.
And when we turn to the lions, the Talimati Pride have been spending time around the western parts of the reserve along the Sand River, with the pride’s subadult male looking impressive! He is going to be a force to be reckoned with.
1. We spent the morning with a portion of the Talamati Pride laying in the long grass. Hearing a distant roar, surprisingly this very impressive young male stood up and marched with intent directly toward to offending lion (and happily directly toward us!)
2. In the same sighting as from before, the older female of the Talamati Pride watches intently as the young male as he walked past our vehicle and off into the distance.
