There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Hello @Varma, and welcome to WildFact! We hope you enjoy your time here, and look forward to your contributions.

We do not permit the creation of new threads, without prior approval from a member of the Mod Team, as the chances are a thread already exists that covers the topic you wish to post about. I also fixed your link, as the method you used to post the Instagram link would not have worked. I'd suggest that you read through our rules section, and spend a little time perusing the site, to get the lay of the land. If you wish to know how to properly embed Instagram links, as well as just about anything else you might wish to do while you are here, we have a tutorial section, that should help you out. Feel free to contact myself, or any of our other Mods, if you have any further questions, or need help with anything else. Here are the links I mentioned:

i was told thats just blood from the prey, but it doesn't look like it.

Tinyo Birmingham was recorded with a similar thing under his chest, back in his youth.

Maybe a bruise from this clash with his brother, just moments before, because in video below he does not have it (same impala kill). Or blood, yes.. blood more likely imo.

Edit: not sure if youtube insert is working correctly so here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjzYUVf1kP0

Fixed your link for you, no worries. When you click the YT link embed button at the top of the reply box, it auto fills the first part of the link, the HTTPS:// part. When you select copy link from YT, it also gives you the initial HTTPS:// as well. What I do, when sharing a YT link,, when I click the embed button, I simply highlight the existing HTTPS://, and paste the link YT has provided me with, in it's entirety.

If you ever need any help with things like this, you might check our tutorial section, or feel free to contact any of our Mod Team members, we're always happy to help. Cheers, my friend!

Bigger PCM with a full belly:

Probably one of the biggest and most impressive lions we've seen in the Sabi Sands.
