The Giraffe pride came through camp last night amidst all the lightning and thunder to kill not one but two giraffes

Recent sighting of the Guernsey young male (Son of Hoedspruit males) He crossed Kapama's boundary to ThornyBush. He's been missing for 5/6 months. It's great to see him alive! @Tr1x24 Not sure, we tagged our friend guide at Kapama yesterday, he seemed happy this guy was found as him and other guides have been wondering for 6 months where he went, not sure yet if they will try get him back or not. But he just said he got through, so must be some spots that aren’t secure or something. Ebenezer is a senior guide at Kapama
One of the Ross males waking up from a snooze. Notice the lack of canines - definitely not a young lion anymore but still holding on to a rather large territory with his brother.

The Timbavati males were born into the Jacaranda pride in 2003/4. These males were dominant in the Northern parts of Timbavati. But they also were dominant in Ingwelala/Umbabat and Ntsiri. These cubs, in fact, are from the Machaton pride and were sired by the Timbavati males. UPDATE: The Birmingham breakaway sub-adults male were seen in Northern Thornybush a few days ago
