Well, its questionable if this will turn good or if they will get separated or even killed by first territorial coalition they encounter.
First of all, NK makes friends all te time, but never commits, so thats first big question mark.
Second thing, Tumbela has leg problem, and even if they commit to each other, that will prob be a problem when facing other coalition in a clash, as Tumbela will prob be more dominant/boss of the 2.
And third, that area of Kruger, around southern Sabi Sands is packed with big and powerful coalitions like Nkhulus, Imbalis, Gijimas, Biyamitis, S36/KT, Kambulas etc.
So i am not sute how this improves their chances, unless they go deeper into Kruger.
Their best chances would be going north towards Manyeleti and Mluwati Concesion, where's a lot of lone males, but yea, they dont have map like we do.
Their big advantage is how to navigate around strong coalitions as the NK Male is a survivor at 7.5 years old and just entering his prime by the looks of it. Tumbela has been very battle tested and has experience with having a pride, his coalition leaving 2 daughters in the famous Othawa Pride.
Maybe their savviness will help them a lot, rather than brutal strength. If they keep a lowish profile and take over a small pride that's not already taken, then who knows....

Theres a small chance but he could be. Sometime around the early 2000's there were 4 Rollercoaster males, of which at least one mated with a Eyrefield (Sparta, pride where the Mapogos were born a year later) according to a video, probably so did the rest, but they were chased by their fathers, the West Street Males, so if they are not the fathers of the younger Mapogo (Mr T & Kinky Tail) they are at least half brothers, thats why resemblance.

He's most likely son of West Sreet Males from other pride.

From what I’ve read, it was always more probable that Kinky Tail and Mr T were sired by the West Street Males but it very well could have been atleast one of the Rollercoaster males instead. Don’t think it makes much difference as it would have been furthering the West Street Males legacy either way.
I’ve always wondered if Makhulu had come from the Castleton / Ximhungwe pride too, would make a lot of sense why he never had a surviving brother of his age.

While Nkuhuma is clearly adept at navigating around lion territories, I'd argue that so is Skorro Jr. He traveled all the way to Manyeleti (thank goodness he wasn't snared), and back to WS, by himself, and from what we know he didn't have any conflict during his walkabout.

100% agreed, i just didnt say it to start with because some people can be pretty insistent that we shouldn't base being son of a lion by appearances, but personally i think Makhulu is undeniably sired by Mak Senior due to such similarity

I read somewhere long time that they were born in the Castleton pride, breakway of the Ximhungwe pride back then

It doesn't seem the Charleston pride is a Ximhungwe Breakaway.
People were just assuming they came from the Ximhungwe mega pride because Mala Mala thought they came from the West.
But later MalaMala realized they were from the Charleston pride and earlier MalaMala reports mention the sighting of five 5yo Charleston males, which were the same males MalaMala called Rollercoasters without realizing at the time they were the Charleston males.

So Big Mak could have been half-brother or cousin to Big Boy and Mazino?
Looks like the Southern Pride is growing once again, what with more cubs that were introduced to the pride....these around the age of 6 weeks. I don't know the number in the litter, but at least 2.

The Gijima Males are giving the other 2 dominant coalitions in Sabi Sands a run for their money in rivaling the number of cubs sired by them....but of course, only time will tell how many survive to adulthood. The Nzenghas have 16 (though some older litters are probably Gore's and Ubuso's no doubt) The PCs have 14 with more yet from the Tsalala Lioness...., and the Gijimas have more cubs by both their prides recently! At least 12 and now the other Southern Pride Lioness introduced at least two more....so they could have more than the PC Males as of today, minus the number the Tsalala female will produce.
PCs have 2 from NK Breakaway, 2 from Othawa Pride and 10 from Mangheni, plus more by the Tsalala on the way. Will be between from 15 to 18!
The Gijimas have 7 from 3 Talamati Lionesses, but one has yet to give birth...plus at least 7 from the Southern Pride, too.....but more if the last lioness had 3 or 4. (so, 14 to 16 potentially)
These three duos are ruling well, so it will be interesting which ones of their offspring make it past the nomadic stage, and how well all of them will get along as they inevitably meet sometime in the future, clashing for land, females, prey......
Sadly, not all will survive for sure, but hopefully the majority. The Thandi Impi Coalition also had about 18 from two prides, but only about half actually made it. 5 Males in the end, and maybe even more females in the Mbiri and Nharu Prides.
