I like the young skorro male. He's well developed. If only his younger brother made it together with him. Hopefully he and nkuhuma male join forces. Imagine that

Nkuhuma jr's son (maybe buddy's ) and Nkuhuma male coalition

They're looking good. Big looking boys. Picturing the four of maturing together is scary just like any big coalitions but i want to see these boys ruling together

"Beautiful Black Dam male.

We've been spoiled to incredible sightings with the two Black Dam males in recent weeks. They've been increasingly present in our area, putting forth their utmost effort to claim a pride. Regrettably for them, their attempts have thus far proven unsuccessful."

The Orpen/Tsalala news is very interesting. A lot of movement in recent dynamics. That situation with the old Talamati female is so strange.

You're right bro queen Tsalala needs friends. And who knows what old Talamati spoke with the imbali pride and got to any sort of agreement because we don't know much about their communication  Lol.

If Tsalala took after her assumed father (Nhenha), she might not mind being alone that much. It is ofc easier to be in a group and have strenght in numbers.

If the Orpen/Skorro find her and sires a litter with her it would be bit like history repeating itself with her mother being sought out by Nhenha on a individual mission instead of her being claimed by a coalition (Tinyo defended her against Kambulas, even more so that Nhenha did though). Interesting, in comparison to Southern lioness/pride being claimed as the first/main pride by a coalition (Ndzhenghas first, altough they didn't settle for long, and Gijimas now) or Ximhungwes being a side hustle for a powerful coalition of Plain Camp males (visited by both of them). I guess Tsalalas really excel in wedging themselves in remote enough in-between no-man lands.

When the Kambulas attacked Tsalala Lioness, it was absolutely riveting. I remember being so worried for her cub, the current lone Tsalala Lioness, and once her mom was able to escape, bleeding profusely, it seemed like forever until they found her with her cub, a few days after they had a meal, and the rest is history. That and when the Koppies got attacked, waiting for all of the cubs to return once the dust had settled was edge of your seat kind of stuff. Shame what happened to them, not long after that incident.

With weakening of surrounding prides like Kambulas and Nkuhumas from north, aswell as Mhangenis not hanging so much around Londolozi anymore, Tsalala princess definetly got much more breathing room, this would be perfect time for her to have cubs.

Only problem is a lot of nomadic males/coalitions roaming around atm.

When you say Imbali male... Is this the new pride male? Or one of S8's sons? Or S8 when he was younger?
