There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Yes, as somebody said, this breakeaway was prob formed to save Selati offspring subadults from Avocas, then those females returned back to the pride when males become nomadic.

Lions

Sightings of Lion on the concession have left all of us wondering who they are and where they have come from, with many different prides, break away prides and individuals being seen on concession. The Talamati break away pride had a kudu kill close to Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge, this pride consists of 2 females, 3 subadult males and 3 smaller cubs of various ages.

Are those same males which later on joined up with young Southern/Salati male?

Interesting, he says he two "Mystery Males" went back north to Ngala. Wonder why they then loopped back down and pushed straight into western Sabi. Shame we don't have a timeline of their movements

It's been more than 110 days since the video of the big Mbiri mating with his sister/cousins/nieces. I wonder if the new cubs are his.

This is strange, but whiskers match from that male in Manyeleti and in Sabi Sands, right?

Every scar on his face shows a story of defense, one who rules and dominates as a single male surrounded by many alliances, remains the most majestic and powerful!
