There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

The Imbali Pride is turning into a formidable Pride in the Central Kruger area. 17 Lions were counted.

I agree. What is his relation to Birmingham blood though? He was sired by Skorro (before he joined Sizanani to creat Thanda Impi coalition). I know the oldest Nharu females he controls are breakaways from Birmingham pride and his cubs are this of Birmingham blood, but he himself isn't, is he?

Red Road pride (how they called them in Manyeleti) are actually 2 females from Birmingham pride, who in 2015 moved into northern Manyeleti, with their 1 subadult son and 2 subadult daughters (prob to save them from Avoca/Giraffes who takeover Ngala then).. They where there until 2017, when Red Road male left them to start nomadic life, then 4 females returned back to Ngala.

He's son of the old Birmingham females.

Thanks. I'm not even surprised anymore, they spawn all over the place.

Nharu Pride and Red Road from 3 days ago. Looks like 5 females and 8 cubs. Really strange that one adult female disappeared. The remaining cubs look a lot healthier:

Not sure what's going on with them, tintswalo just put out a video showing Nharu pride now down to 4 cubs. 5 Lionesses and Red Road were also present.

Guide mentioned Red Road has some face scratches and marks on his back.
