Some of these guys look so much like Asiatic-African hybrids that used to be bred in Indian zoos once!
The practice was discontinued due to the animals having little to no conservation value. BTW, you post mostly images. I find it interesting that many people on this forum think west african lions look like gir lions. For me they look completely different from each other
