There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

@Sideliner :

About #825: By seeing this photo, all tense muscles, I would easyly believe they have really 0% body fat (perhaps 1 or 2 %).

When kings patrol the land..

After finding a lion pride with their cubs in the road we turned around to continue our search for some other wonderful mammals and birds Only to find this big boy walking towards us as the dawning sun coloured the shadows. This is my favourite lion in Pilanesberg at the moment A real brute!

"Savute brothers – Not much beats the feeling of two males walking straight in your direction. Taken at Savute Marsh. Sat for over two hours anticipating where they would move eventually.. luckily we had timed it just right!"

Hey bros theres not to bad pictures on here, but Ive seen so many lion pics where these boys are super powerful looking, I don't know if anyones game fo it, but maybes we should start a new thread called the powerful lion thread.  I mean just sayin, but I seen some tuff mothers.  Whole bodies just seem really worked out, powerful specimens.
