There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

This weeks cover image was taken by Heinrich Neumeyer! What a sighting! What an image! The story behind the image: We came across this incredible sight just as the massive White Rhino bull returned from his quench and started walking towards the lioness with her 4 small cubs.
Luckily the Rhino was just a tad curious and the lioness and her cubbies trotted away safely.

Or mama is not in the mood for love - clearly covering all options. Daddy got the message and went on a fishing/hunting trip - leaving mama high and dry.
