Here is a bit more from this guide, so he says, that he has personally measured a crocodile 13,5 ft and then 14 ft. That channel looks quite legit, so it looks like this guy is a guide. Another thing is how reliable he is. But using measurement tape with dead animal isn´t too difficult, for sure there is some room for error, but I guess that not in any major way. It looks like, that he is impressed of it, what those lions did.

I´m myself cautious what comes to guides and some information, but in this he doesn´t state anything too extraordinary, imo. Not some record breaking figures or anything as sometimes can be seen. He basically says, that those lions kill quite big crocodiles, but measurements are in known size range from that area.
