This man named Nyoka came to live at Colchester Zoo in 1970. This picture comes from a short feature by the BBC about Nyoka at Colchester Zoo. The lion is Simba, who weighed about 826 pounds.

Sabre had two sons, Thor and Thunder. Thor's weight is between 408-454 kg (900-1000 lbs) and is said to weigh in at exactly 435 kg (969 lbs.). Thunder's weight is unknown but he's also estimated around the 408 kg (900 lbs) mark or more. The pictures that are posted on them prove that neither are obese.

Here's a picture of Thor

Indeed, they don´t look obese. Though we don´t know, if they are neutered, which massively effects growth. Considering their non-obese look, castration is less likely and maybe they are indeed an example of the size potential of siberians. Though still no ultimate certainty with the reference points we have.

Just searched youtube for "siberian tiger thor" and got some results, that led me not to the "Thor" that is mentioned here but to a different massive specimen. The first thing, that went through my head when I saw this boy was his LENGTH!

Vietnamese Tiger, which some hunters say are the "largest tigers" of all.

This guy was well known for twisting buffalos necks so hard they would find the carcass with the buffalos horns loged in the ground.

Lets not forget this bad boy that we know very little about

And of course, Mr. Waghdoh

Nikita is around 500 pounds and is heavier than both male lions are big cat rescue. Poor girl had such a hard life.

She does have a nice fat belly on her, however seems fast and agile, considering her big belly.

Quote:Nikita has flourished under our care.  She has grown into a tall, lanky, healthy lioness.  She’s extremely playful and loves to roll on her back and grab her paws or try to do somersaults whenever she has visitors stopping by to talk with her.   Though we wish she had the freedom she deserves, we’re so happy that she survived her earlier ordeals to enjoy the blissful days we try to provide for her here.

Id say he is at the very least 600 pounds, but im not sure, there is nothing beside him to judge, other than his massiveness. Even so his size must be very large, he is thick from head to toe and toe to tail.

Yeah like you said its hard to accurately judge his size with nothing beside him.
But Ive compared him with all the big males Ive seen in recent times like Wagdoh, Konda, Banda, Kzt023, Hairyfoot, Khali etc and what Ive genuinely noticed was this guy being consistently thicker and longer than any of those male tigers.

The only other tiger I can think of similar structure to him is this tigress in the video.
Since its a tigress and fat, we need to remove the fatty bits and make it more taller, robust and muscular because its a wild male.

TFS copters, are these the only 2 that exist?

Look at that neck and HEAD. hahaa
It's hard to imagine that such a dense animal is still such a agile and magnificent hunter.
I would love to see a tiger like this one or Waghdoh making a kill. Would be cool to see such a huge animal showing off its agility. We only got a little taste with Raja, I can't wait till more are captured on film.

The male Amur from Manchuria has been known of ripping the spine out of a 300 pounds wild boar. The killing footage of Mr. Wagdoh or the unknown monster would be far more brutal and bloody than those killing footage of the females or youngsters on YouTube.
