A chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link. In this case, the Mpondo male coalition has no weak link! They are 5 strong, big and in their prime! They have pretty much taken over the Jock Concession. The 2 Thompson males who rule the area have not been seen for a while and the Jock pride lionesses and their cubs are all in hiding from these males.

You dont want to mess with these big boys, it will be interesting future in this area as 7 young Gomondwane males are close to them, also 6 Vurhami young males ( Shishangeni sons) are getting bigger every day.

Massive Mbiri (sired by Matimbas) and Rockfig (sired by old Girraffe males known as the Good and the Bad) males, known as Nsemani males:

Mbiri male is the bigger one, what a beast he is, he is born in 2011, Rockfig male is a bit older, prob around 10 yrs old.

Old Ross males were known as Good and Bad, not Giraffe.

Singita KNP December:

A new coalition of young males could become a very interesting addition to our lion population. Seven young males have been seen twice now since Christmas. They all look to be between four to five years old and we speculate that they are from the Northern Pride. They have the potential to become an unbelievably powerful force, if they should settle in the area. The new coalition will however have to dodge the ever powerful Shishangaan males who, even though reaching the twilight of their lives are still very much the dominant boys on the block, so to speak

I never knew about those 7 males. Very interesting things around Singita and Satara, 4 young Shishangaan males would try to establish themselves aswell, and theres alot of old warriors still around like Shishangaan, Kumana, , N'wanetsi, Sweni and lately Ngotso males where seen further south close to Satara.

This area might become large battlefield soon.
