In the first half of 2019 he was in a coalition with his father (old Lubyelubye male) and his brother, who got separeted from them.

Towards the end of 2019,old Lubyelubye male was mostly seen on its own, so its unknown if they are still together.

“We had a very surprising sighting 2 days ago near Afsaal.
As the Jock Pride of lions made their way back to the Jock concession, they made a kill 500m south of Afsaal, taking down a wildebeest! 
It was very surprising, as the cubs that left while they were still very little, now are grown up and healthy as you can see on this clip!
They now have only one male, not good looking, from the Thompson boys."
