Now these are the real Kings of the jungle, the Shishangeni Lions. Just look how majestic the look with those big manes. Nyambi from Shishangeni Private Lodge captured them this morning just having a good old rest.

The "one eye" shish male.
This male is part of a coalition of 4 males that dominate the shish pride(with the white lion). and the mountain pride(in the singita concession).he is the older male in the coalition around 9 years old.and lost one of his eyes allmost 4 years ago during a fight with other male.photo taken recently on the S100.
