There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Renosterkoppies male in early morning back light. I knew they were there from the night before and our timing was perfect. Some ellies, kudu and impala came to drink before he got up.

With one of the Thompson Boys struggling with bad hips, it seems that the Mpondo males are pressing hard onto the Thompsons territory, forcing them and the Jock Pride to shift South.
4 Mpondos have lurked around Biyamiti / Jock for the past few weeks. The 5th Mpondo was seen closer to the pride around Renosterkoppies. Pics are all Mpondo.
