After a quick meal (because of the potential predators roaming around) I suppose... Cheetah of Kenya.
 
I came across this image of an ancient Syrian relief from Palmyra, in Alamy. Judging from the spots, it's a cheetah, rather than a leopard. To avoid clogging up this thread, I made this thread for the Asiatic cheetah.
Cheetah running after a gazelle into the tall grass. The two fastest sprinters of the African savannah and among the Terrestrial vertebrates. To the cheetah the advantage of the biggest burst of speed, to the gazelle the endurance... A 500 meters race with sudden detours.

About #279: I don't say neither that surprises me. But if it runs after a small rodent I presume that only one time will be not enough. It will have to reiterate several times its effort.
