There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Really great news! so, it seems that he was with them a few days ago heading into Kruger from Umbabat. Hope these boys establish a territory in the Timbavati and not in that part of Kruger where areas are big wilderness without access (in most of the cases)

Were the cubs from the same litter?  Were there other littermates?

Agreed. Out of the countless known prides in the GKNP, the Birmingham pride is probably one of the most consistently successful ones in recent memory. They have everything going for them, in the past and now. The lionesses are clearly have always been excellent mothers and hunters and the pride males in recent history have always been powerful protectors. On top of that, their territory is in prime real estate as far as wildlife habitats go.
