Some of the Tinyo, Mfumo and Scrapper where probably littermates.

@"Timbavati" and @Tr1x24 , thank you both. I just didn't know if perhaps the Birmingham pride was followed as closely back then, as they are today, where we often know which lioness had which cubs.

Anytime my friend, Birmimgham pride has been being following closely for almost three decades so far. In 1991 they had around 16 young males, all with big manes and massive bodies. Tinyo had a very similar appareance with those boys (in terms of mane). Between 2009-2012 there was an old Birmimgham lioness, probably the Matimba males and Birmingham females mother himself. Scrapper, the youngest of the 5 Birmimgham males was a copy of that lioness.

Ross males with all Birmingham pride, including 3 young males, who are turning into massive beast's,  looking big as their fathers, from the distance, it looks like coalition of 5 males:

Quite interesting behavior from Ross males,  last year they acted quite agressive towards young males, which resulted that pride was split between subadults and cubs group,  but in the recent times they all hang together again, which is quite strange, that 2 dominant males tolerate 3, 4 year old males.

I remember they acted similar towards BYM, first agressive for long time and then towards the end they tolerate him, until he left on his own.

Looks like Ross males kinda "give up"  when young males become too strong to fight them off, and just accept them, especially as most of the work is doing Tyson on his own, as Fabio is gentle giant.

This is actually not bad for Ross males,  at 4 yrs of age, these 3 young males might become quite usefull with so many big,  up and coming coalitions around.

Tr1x24, It seems like a usually held thought that young males btw the age of 3 years to under 4 years would be a help to their fathers against rival coalitions. I feel at that age, they lack the sense of holding territory. I could be wrong though. Is there ever an instance where sons joined their fathers in a fight to defend the territory?

I didn't meant in a way that they will defend Ross males territory as i don't think they consider to be coalition together, but if they still feel like part of the pride, which also has their territory, they will definitely defend and fight for it if some new males attack them, as at the age of 4, their "territorial"  instincts and confidence should kick in, if some males encounter Birmingham pride + Ross males , i dont think they will have great time.

So yea, im speaking on a pride basis, not as if they would go with Ross males and fight intruders,  which wont happen unless they form a coalition together.

Examples of fathers and sons defending natal territory together are rare,  because sons must be territorial then, which is highly unlikely as they get ousted before by their fathers.

I think it would severely depend on the circumstances.

If a pride gets attacked and the pride lion is there and starts the fight, they likely will fall back to their role in the pride and flee along with their sisters and lionesses. However if they feel confident and the pride decides to fight, they may join in. But its the same for the lionesses.

If the pride is without a pridemale. They may, if they feel confident enough take on that role themselves for a while.
Just like Nguvu did. But in reality it boils down to fleeing once the first serious competition arrives.

They're all looking good, I really love this pride.
At some point, I thought that the young males would form a coalition with BYM.

Birmingham Pride in Manyeleti, both white lions there. Guide states that the Ross Males ceded territory in Ngala to the Mbiris, but that there is a group of 7 males moving through Ngala, and he hopes they come through Manyeleti. Also mentioned Red Road is currently mating with one of the Narhus, but that isn't seen on the video.

Is this an unknown coalition? I'm assuming it's either the Birmingham breakaways or the 6 Mayambulas?

It is unknown, as he only mentioned it in passing saying he hopes they come to Manyeleti. A 7 male coalition would certainly be a big deal, imo, but yeah, I think you are right, it's likely one of those two. But, as you pointed out neither of those is 7 males large.

After seeing @"Brahimlegend" 's posting of that video, that may very well be the answer. I wonder if Dreadlocks will stay with them as well. That is a really large coalition, and if they are able to remain together and unharmed, they can go and do just about whatever they wish, I'd imagine.
