There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

" The Bateleur is a bird of prey, well known for the spectacular contrast of colours and for it's very short tail. You can clearly see here how the folded wings extend way beyond the tail feathers, but this short tail allows for much more impressive aerial manoeuvring during the hunt. "

Zhayynn James: " Happy World Photography Day folks! To me, photography is the art of telling a story without words and through my images I try to bring those stories to life. Stories that convey a sense of place, of scale and context, the emotion of a moment, the awe of a spectacle, of love, of struggle, of life and death. Through these images I hope to kindle an interest in the wild, a curiosity to know more about the natural world, to bolster conservation and to challenge a new generation to get out there and explore the wonders of our planet. Back in 2014, a rare eagle had travelled about 3,375 km (2097.13 miles) from Russia before being sighted in the desert of Dubai | Birdwatcher Mike Barth photographed the Eastern Imperial eagle (Aquila heliaca), then contacted a Russian conservation network after identifying a ring on its leg: https://www.thenational.ae/uae/rare-eagl...t-1.334240
