heard about this fight on June 8th, A large adult male whos dad became a victim to Wagdohs onslaught is now taking the matters into his own hands. Pasha grew up in the area that Wagdoh now controls so it makes sense if he wants to fight Wagdoh for it. Im still not 100% sure if the male Wagdoh fought was indeed Pasha but whoever he was, I hope hes ok because Wagdoh won the fight and there is no word on how badly the other male is injured. Keeping my fingers crossed. also that kolsa male is very elusive and since Kolsa zone reopened. We only got a glimpse of him like once or twice and never a clear shot. This summer definitely is Kolsa's. teliya is dry, Mohurli also has poor sightings. tadoba lake is always rocking with Katezari and several others who routinely pop in there. Pandherpauni is really good too and Kolara stretch to Pandherpauni also gives good sightings of Saturn aka Namdev. I just hope the male Wagdoh fought is alive and healing from his injuries because that gash under Wagdohs neck is a clear indication that the fight was very serious. Tfs

Sanjeet Mangat12 hrs · Edited ·"Bamera"As I drove from my home 1500 kms to Bandhavgarh ... I longed a thought of ever seeing Bamera again .... safaris went by and talk about Bamera roaming rather limping around the periphery of the park was heard ... one wished him the best and moved on with the trip ....
Then one fine morning while sitting down to have breakfast .. I got a call to rush to Mahua Kothi's fenced area facing King's Lodge .... no idea what to expect ... I told my friends that something is up and we abruptly left the table ... being the first ones there ... we got to see the grand old daddy Bamera sitting inside the fenced area of the hotel ... panting away in the heat of the mid day scorching sun ... he looked tired and hungry ... but his stature was still as grand as I had seen him last, 2 years ago ... no messing with him .. still was the look ... word got out .... then it was a circus ..... and we left to get back to our cold breakfast smile emoticon Next morning the news was that he had made a kill ..... he is still a survivor was heartening to know .... broken teeth .... not broken spirit!Bamera

This was one of the most memorable day in jungles for me.
t-19 and her 3 cubs(1 not in this picture) were having a walk along the banks of rajbagh lake when they faced this huge crocodile,
initially the two cubs just kept staring at it for a long time as they were afraid to make any move until their mother arrived and decided to charge it.
the crocodile stood the ground for a long time but then decided to back off as 3 tigers were too much to handle.

Last time I shared a pic of Bamera jumping and crossing the wire fence, with its front paw hidden behind the stone. Heres a pic of him completely in mid air..

Bamera's either lost a lot of mass or it's just the camera angle.

His body is stretched out mid jump but he has definitely lost a lot of muscle which happens to older tigers and he is weaker than he once was.
He's been injured and being pushed out, his canines are worn thin, hes probably on his last leg. Sad to see, but hes lived a great life.

Forgotten Tigers: Doc

Some beautiful and large tigers in Corbett.
Amazing to see villagers walking the same exact path's as tigers every day.

Very sad to see the towns destroying the corridors and dropping populations from high numbers to 1 in some places.

Great doc over all
