Also spotted Pandu male for a moment in the fireline near jamni lake. Pardon me for the quality of the photo. There were around 15 gypsies waiting for choti tara to get up from her sleep in jamni lake area. Suddenly we saw him for probably 30 secs. he was crossing fire line. I am really amazed because choti tara is currently mating with new Navegaon male. So how can another tiger like Pandu be in the close vicinity of 500 meters. Tadoba is so unpredictable and amazing

And Till today I don’t have clear photos the large old male which we spotted at kuipat area near tadoba lake. I will soon post those when I have.  I think that’s yeda anna most probably.  But a possibility of old hilltop male too. Because its his old area. I am also baffled how yeda anna can reach here. He is supposed to be in palasgaon, khutavanda gate area. how can he cross thru kosekonar, jaminbodi, hilltop to reach Tadoba lake. also really cant understand how can maya leave her cubs alone in the area frequented by so many male tigers; especially when no one is sure who has sired her cubs ( gabbar or Saturn or katezari). Now this area has atelast 6 males around; new navegaon male mating with Choti tara, pandu maya brother, matkasur male, Saturn, katezari sometimes, this unknown old male. Atleast 6 males in the area. I really love Tadoba; for its unpredictability its so amazing. Unbelievable

News of presence of new cubs in Park gets confirmed by photo evidence. Cubs of both T60 and T39, female tigers from tourism zones are finally sighted. Both the tigers have reportedly given birth to two cubs, fathered by same male tiger T57. With this news summer looks even more promising at Ranthambore especially May and June. One more reason to sign up for our fixed departure tours to Ranthambore in June. For booking and more info visit website.

Love is in the air once again. Star couple of Ranthambore T19 & T28 this morning. Looks like the queen is now looking forward to her third litter with long time partner star male aka T28. She walked quite a distance roaring for him and then both the tigers were in playful mood for quite some time before T19 offered mating position to this handsome hunk. Hopefully this union would result in further increment of tribe at Ranthambore.

(T28 is said to be the largest if not one of the largest males in Rathambhore.)

The Majestic Waghdoh Male!(TATR Buffer,March 16)

Had heard that he was mostly found in waterholes or near them sleeping the whole day. However a strong desire to see him drove us to take a safari in the buffers and this majestic male did not disappoint us.With the only gypsy around he gave us a fantastic display of his grandeur.Believe me, not only has he grown in size substantially,he looks stronger and more confident than before. He is a must see now for all his fans.
