There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

With & In memory of my beloved Dad - Rajesh Virdi

It's been a really long time since I last photographed a wild leopard let alone see one. This amazing warrior male was photographed at Kabini with the company of my amazing Dad. This was the trip when I first photographed the Black panther as well, in fact, it was the very next safari after this sighting. We were strolling along the powerline section of Zone A when we started to hear deer alarm calls and while crawling slowly on the track this big male was walking straight towards us. The evening golden light filtering through the forest canopy made for some beautiful frames.
