There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Yup, they were unlucky also. They lost one brother due to a buffalo, and then the Majin started to raid their territory.
They all got caught alone. Selati #4 got caught in the 1st invasion, #1 in the second and then #3 died after the third battle.
But #1 and #4 are still alive, and they have been mating with lionness of the Birmingham pride recently

The video say he had a broken paw. He got probably injured during this hunt.

Dreadlocks disappered at the end of 2010, we don't really know what happen to him. But the common theory is that he was poached. Even the rangers believe in it :

what a sad thing if he got poached... Even in such great protected reserve like The Sabi Sands it still is possible to kill and hunt protected spicies..
