There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

the tigers at the Norwegian Zoo are gigantic, but no monsters. the biggest of them are Ulysses 200+kg. smallest Rex 190 +kg.
Aslan does dwarf rex so does Ulysses. Aslan is more Massive than Ulysses, but he would not strike you as a much larger animal to be honest, much larger head though.
The largest captive Amur tigers are most likely from China, then follow by Europe/Russia. And in the US, there are very little pure breeding Amur tigers.
As for the largest captive lions, I guess it should be the Europe and the US.
Aslan in the video you posted, is an Animal I've been working with, think he is the biggest lion in Europe. there's to many private jerk's who f*ck's up the tigers in the U.S sadly.
I guss there are some Safari parks in Africa that has lions bigger than him.
