There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

2,5 years old males can easly be that size. I am not sure, but Orpen males should have been dominant over Skorro pride for the past 3 years or so so I would not be suprised if that would be their son. I think if that would be some unknown male then rangers would said that in video.

Yes you are prob right, i just didnt know that Orpens have surviving cubs in Scorro pride before this newest cubs.

Also this is good for alone lioness, as he can help her in the hunting, before cubs/subadults grown up a bit.

I believe they are called "bursitis" and usually associated with TB.

What a force this males will be, they are already massive, much larger then lionesses, its expected that they will stay with a pride a bit longer because theres no pride males to oust them, but soon when they leave, neighboring Orpen males and Red Road male will be in big trouble..
