There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

How to Embed a video from Facebook

1. First go to the facebook page where video is located - example this page;
https://www.facebook.com/malamalagamereserve/videos/1058296017555355/

2. Copy the last part of the url(link) which is numeric, i.e. 1058296017555355 (this is id of the video)

3. Add this numeric video id (1058296017555355) to the last of this:- `https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=`

4. So the final url(link) will be like this:- `https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1058296017555355` . Now this is the link that we need to use in WildFact. Note that only the numerical id will change for different videos.

5. Now use that above form as video url & simply follow this tutorial: How to embed/insert videos in posts. Just make sure to select "facebook" as the video source, onthe drop down list in Step3.

(6. If the video doesn't show for some reason then paste a link to the Facebook post, so people can visit there & watch it directly.)

Hope this help
Note: Facebook videos when embed does not show play button, that is why I write "Click on image to play the video" just below it, otherwise reader think it as image

Let me know if you guys are facing any problem.

@sanjay Public videos from open groups (i'm not even a member there) on FB often show to be unavailable r some reason. Happens only with videos posted in Facebook Groups.

For example my latest post in impressive-females thread. Could you please fix it?

If you figure out what's causing it, let us know...
