There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Zhayynn James: " Did you know that in the last 25 years, lion populations have been decimated, to where there are only around 20,000 left. Poaching, trophy hunting, poisoning, habitat loss, are all contributors to their decline. Today on #worldlionday let us remember that these majestic beasts deserve our respect and our efforts to ensure that they endure. "

" As dusk approached, this Male Lion and his brothers (coalition of 4) rose from their afternoon siesta, trailing a herd of Buffalo that were in the area.

As the Lions became active, we positioned ourselves in a drainage line which led to a nearby waterhole and gave us a perfect low angle for this particular image. "
