It is?
His facial marking on his right side look so similar to one another and the scar seems to match the wound. I could swear they were the same but you know far better than I, so your word is good with me.

Vijayarajan Muthu I suppose he was known as the "New Naakkata", his lineage unknown & hasn't been seen in tourism areas since then.

Minh Ha Thx to DNA testing, this male's DNA was tested to 50% common with those of Neelam and Kingfisher, making people think at first glance he was father of KF and Neelam. In truth, he was brother of Neelam's mother and was born late 2008 to Naak Kata and Churi female Junior aka old Mundi Dadar female.

Minh Ha Apparently the nose injury was caused by fighting with Bamni Dadar male, this guy below who fought with Bajirang in Jan this year.

The thought has struck me about the courage it takes for two lions, two tigers, or two bears to go at it in a no-rules fight. This is the equivalent of two men, each with a knife in each hand, going head-on with each other. Much worse than a fist fight. I have seen pictures of all three, lions, tigers, and bears walking around with wounds that I doubt a human could survive without medical treatment.

"Scars"
Diary of a legend, scars tell the story!
And those who don't know, it is much more interesting than what you see on screen or the tube [papyrus look alike!]

The courage or the fury ? In a fight to the death, there is no reason, only the fury, the raw rage. I don't believe the courage is conscious... The instinct allows the totale, ungoverned passion, there is no more rule of prudence, instinct of self-preservation...

But this rage can be completely defused by a posture of complete submission.

In my own opinion...

Call the one eyed lion and one eyed leopard the name cyclops. It's remarkable how the tiger that had half his nose bitten off greatly healed and still looks prime.

Lady Scarface in Masai Mara - even with just one eye, she is a formidable hunter. We spent some time with her in November 2016 and it was only then that the extent of her injuries hit home. With only one eye, it is incredibly difficult to judge distances especially at speed. Once again proves how majestic these beasts are.

Link 7 should be fine after he heals up, but Umarpani (another of Munna's sons) has been on a rampage lately, he's wiping out any and all competition. Even Munna in his old age is still fighting and beating strong males. He's been giving the Karai Ghati male some good gashes lately.

Naked #fury. This gentleman had quite evidently been in a territorial spar and was nursing his battle scars when we chanced upon him. He was clearly not in favour of having an audience and let out a few disapproving growls to express his angst. This look is like nothing I have ever seen in my life, loaded with fury, wondering possibly for a second if he needs to follow through with a charge. If ever there was a moment loaded with emotion, this was it.. Eventually, he decided to just excuse himself from court and retired into the dense comfort of his home.
