He'll be 2 years old this February. I believe he's just separated from his mother, and lives around the Lakarda area.

Wow! Its definitely Raja and Gowri's dominant son from the litter of 4. If my memory serves me right, this litter was from late November 2010 so hes just a triffle bit over 5 years of age and right in his prime. He's also known as "Gowri Shankar".

Cameraman says

"This video was taken at Kaziranga Park, Assam, India. The tiger appeared at sunset to mark the river's edge. After videoing the tiger for about 9 minutes, there was a loud snorting noise near our observation tower and 2 rhinos were moving rapidly through the grass behind us. By the time I was able to get the camera over to the grassy side of the tower, they emerged to a muddy bank of the river. The female continues to the grass and the male takes note of us and then continues to follow the female into the grass."
