Siddharth Singh Charger Male.. Name given after the Charger from Bhandhavgarh.. The most difficult tiger I have ever photographed.. Over 40 charges on me in 15 to 20 odd sightings.. Managed to click him once.. And had to face 3 charges in over 45 mins of this sighting ..he was injured and maggots were creeping out of his wounds and that's why he choose to sit in water instead of running away.. The air supply for these maggots is cut of once the injury is submerged in water and also flies don't sit on these wounds once submerged.. The Mighty Charger from Dudhwa

Kintoo Dhawan: " It's a wild wild wild world.

One can easily distinguish that In one's eye there is innocence and asking for life and in another's eyes, there is hunger and instinct to kill.
This is One of Paaro's female cubs.
They are slowly and gradually earning their stripes. "

Kintoo Dhawan: " Learning "How to Kill"

This is the scene where this female Tigress, which is a young cub of course and learning the skills to kill, played with the fawn ( probably provided by her mother ) for around half an hour before the carnivore leave it without killing.
She was forlicking the fawn like her pet toy and didn't want to let it go away.
Even though the cub Tigress was in no mood to kill it, the visibly frightened fawn which was one or two days old and don't know what is happening, made several attempts to run away from this deadly play but Tigress chased it, caught it in its jaws gently and carried it back to spot many times.
Both were gasping badly and in desperate need of water. After sometime, young Tigress left it without killing it, in the search of water, leaving behind the injured fawn to meet its fate !
And we left the scene with heavy hearts. "

At Dudhwa National Park lakes like Jhadi Taal.. Bankee Taal.. Kakraha Taal and many others offer a diverse biodiversity and attract a large number of migratory birds.. These are few of my favorite points as Dudhwa has watchtowers at all these lakes which are open for Ecotourism and we often spend some quality time here observing wildlife .. On one such quite Winter morning the Queen decided to oblige us with an audience
