This is an interesting group.  Are these males currently nomads?

Yes, for quite some time.

They where abandoned by their fathers, Mantimahles, somewhere around late 2020, they where only around 2 yrs old.

New males came in, and they form Nkuhlu breakaway with their sisters, avoiding new males, although nomadic, they always stayed around their natal area.

For around 1 year now Dreadlocks joined the breakaways.

In the past ~ half a year so, 5 males and Dreadlocks are starting to explore areas outside their usual area around Nkuhlu to Skukuza.

They are seen freqently around northern Skukuza and Lion Sands, they even visited MalaMala and Sabi Sabi, aswell as west of Skukuza on S1 near Kruger Gate.

They still occasionaly reunite with few sisters, but as they are reaching sexually maturity, that wont last for long.

They have 3 more brothers (8 males in total), looks like 1 joined them ,as we now see 6 males and Dreadlocks, not sure where are other 2.

This area where they are atm, is "empty" space atm, no big territorial prides or males there, so their future movement is uncertain.

As coalition of 7 males, 6 around 4-4.5 yrs of age and experienced Dreadlocks, they shouldnt have a problem to overtake some near by territory in near future, as most males around them are duos (Gijimas, S.Avocas, KT/s36) and trios (Biyamitis, Mazithis/Tshokwanes and Imbalis).

But yea, its questionable where will they go, they might just move furter.

Thank you again.  That's a scary coalition.  Lots and lots of young cubs in their sight line too... Sad

A 9ish year old male hanging with a bunch of young bucks is definitely something to see.  That's pretty rare isn't it?

It happens prob more often then we think, just west of them, Blondie Fourways also form a coalition with 3 young Phabeni males in late 2020, he was ~ 11 yrs old then, they where only ~ 4, which is even bigger age disparity.

Difference between Nhenha and Nkuhuma was also more then 5 yrs.

Or between Snip Tail Mpondo and younger HP male, ~ 6 yrs.

When nomads bump into each others and form coalitions, they dont exactly look at their ages.
