No, i didn't see him or heard of him for many months, shame..

Someone said that he was seen mating a few weeks ago but there was no photo. It could be fake news.

I had asked my self the same thing.  Where is the third member.  And yes, someone did say he had been seen mating with Pride while the 5thM was in SS.  So now I’m wondering what is fact, what is fiction hmm

RE: Coalitions of Kruger National Park - Brahim - 12-27-2021

It was the son who is with him now who was seen just before they went to sabi sands. The son was mating maybe they got him mixed up with the other

So both sons are alive and well, right?

The Afsaal name for these two beasts fit like ring to the finger

Thanks for the updates @"Brahimlegend" @Tr1x24

@lionuk I think the other son may be lost. It kinda adds up with them popping up out of nowhere. They may have been displaced by some other coalition.

Theres no evidence as far as I know that 5th and his sons where specifically dominant of the area at Rhino Post/Plains Camp , in fact, they prob where not, that area is pretty much S. Avocas territory or border between them.

They are seen mating there with a lioness in late 2020, but then randomly appeared far north in northern MalaMala in early 2021, then few times again seen at Rhino Post.

5th and his sons prob operated east of MalaMala, in between Rhino Post in the south, and Nhlanguleni in the north, thats why we saw them poping out randomly at MalaMala, Rhino Post, and now recently in northern Sabi Sands and Nhlanguleni.

And we also dont know if they control any pride in that area, or if they are nomads vandering there and mating with few females they find, because theres pretty much 0 info of that area.

As for 2nd son, already in September there was report of only 1 son seen with 5th.

I dont think they where displaced, i think they just vander that area in search for females/prides.

Our friend, @EverseenSA , posted this video, wondering about the Golden Boys, Mopani males. Beautiful video as always.
