Is there any it could be something else because it doesn’t have a wide profile triangular profile of a boars tusk. Thanks

Some very old canine teeth, but very polished as well.

BTW, it contains both tiger and lion features, and do you know its place of origin?

It could be, but it is excluded the possibility of being big cat.

It could be either tiger or lion albeit not very large specimen.

The nail has been pulled out from the bone sheath.

It belongs to a Jaguar.

Vintage Tiger Claw - Jaykash - 08-17-2019

I have more closer pictures of the piece. Can you pleas verify this a is real tiger claw. Thanks

RE: Big Cat's Canines and Claws - GrizzlyClaws - 09-08-2019

@oddarticulations' liger skull actually weighed about 7 pounds and 2.3 ounces after being cleaned and boiled. However, it is still not fully degreased.

Nevertheless, it should be a legit 7 pounds skull in its final form.

Its measurements were already stated to be 16 inches long and 12 inches wide.

I am new at this of teeth and claws, but I have started to look at museum\'s specimens; Isn't this a lower right canine?
